Brian Oliu reads “Maniac Mansion”

As part of our ongoing devotion to new species of translations and collaboration, this reading by Brian Oliu of his poem/essay “Maniac Mansion” layers his voice atop a playthrough of Maniac Mansion, a groundbreaking point-and-click adventure game released in 1987.

 

Brian Oliu is originally from New Jersey and currently lives in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. New work appears in Fairy Tale Review, Hotel Amerika, & Drunken Boat. His book of Tuscaloosa Craigslist Missed Connections, “So You Know It’s Me,” was released in June 2011 by Tiny Hardcore Press.
